Barkigo stores the pet information, messages, photos and health logs you choose to add so it can answer in the correct pet context.

How we use your information

We use it to provide the chat, history, reminders, safety checks and product improvements. We do not sell your pet or health information.

Control and deletion

You can delete a pet and its associated chat and media from the app. We are responsible for completing the server-side deletion and backups according to our retention schedule.

Important limitation

Barkigo is an informational assistant, not a veterinarian or emergency service. Do not delay emergency care while using it.
