The 30-Night Happiness Guarantee
We build Barkigo gear for one reason: to give your dog cooler, calmer, healthier days. If it doesn't, we don't want your money. Every order is backed by our 30-Night Happiness Guarantee — try it at home for up to 30 nights, and if your dog isn't happier, we'll make it right.
How it works
Email help@barkigo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what went wrong. Our team replies within one business day and will either send a free replacement or issue a full refund of the product price.
In most cases you won't even need to ship anything back — keep the pad, or pass it to a friend with a hot dog.
Changed your mind?
Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the product price. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. Prefer not to ship it back? Our Happiness Guarantee above usually has you covered.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or we sent the wrong item, we'll fix it free — a replacement or a full refund, your choice. A quick photo helps us improve and speeds things up, but we won't make you jump through hoops.
Wrong size?
Picked a size that doesn't fit your dog? We offer one free size swap per order within 30 days. Just reach out and we'll sort it.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval (your bank may take a little longer to post it). Original shipping charges, where they applied, are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
A few fair limits
- The Happiness Guarantee is offered once per customer/household and covers genuine, good-faith use — not resale, bulk orders, or repeated abuse.
- Gift cards, free gifts, and items marked final sale are not refundable.
- Products bought from third-party resellers aren't covered — order from barkigo.com to stay protected.

We resolve almost every issue within one business day — far faster than a bank dispute. If something's wrong, email help@barkigo.com before filing a chargeback so we can actually help. Opening a dispute without contacting us only delays your resolution.
