Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using barkigo.com (the "Site") or buying our products.

1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of them by reference. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract to purchase from us.

3. Products, pricing & availability

We work hard to show products, colors, and prices accurately, but your screen may display them differently. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change at any time. Products are subject to availability and we may limit quantities.

Pricing errors. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical, system, or human error, we may cancel or refuse any order placed at that price — even after it's confirmed — and we'll refund you in full if you were already charged.

4. Promotions & discounts

Launch pricing, bundle savings, and other offers are limited-time, may change or end at any time, can't be combined unless we say so, and have no cash value. Automatic discounts (such as bundle savings) apply at checkout when the qualifying items are in your cart.

5. Orders & payment

Your order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline for any reason, including suspected fraud or an error. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processors; by paying, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.

6. Shipping & risk of loss

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier receives your order. See our Refund Policy for damaged or lost shipments.

7. Important: cooling comfort, not medical care

Barkigo products are comfort and cooling aids made to help keep dogs comfortable — they are not medical devices and do not prevent, diagnose, or treat heatstroke or any condition. Information on the Site is general education and is not veterinary advice. Always supervise your dog, provide fresh water and shade, and contact a licensed veterinarian immediately if your dog shows any sign of heat distress or illness. Never leave a dog in a hot car or unattended in dangerous heat. You are responsible for using our products safely and appropriately for your dog.

8. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, images, logos, designs, and the Barkigo name and trademarks — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Don't copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, disrupt it, scrape it, infringe others' rights, or use it for anything unlawful.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties we haven't expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some places don't allow certain disclaimers, so some may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barkigo and its team won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to hold Barkigo harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or products or your breach of these Terms.

13. Resolving disputes

Let's fix things the easy way first — email help@barkigo.com and we'll work in good faith to resolve any issue. Where permitted by applicable law, any dispute we can't resolve informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you and Barkigo waive any right to a jury trial or to take part in a class action. This does not apply where your local consumer-protection laws prohibit it, and it never limits the mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Barkigo's principal place of business, except where your local mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the current version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
